Introduction-Food Safety Management System Support
About Shoné WhiteWith over 20 years of experience in the food industry implementing and maintaining food safety systems (HACCP, FSSC/ISO 22000) within diverse production operations, she has been involved with a number of production processes. These environments include frozen/chilled ready-to-eat products, spices & herbs, sauces & condiments, peanuts & related products.
This experience was gained after completing a B.SC (Agric)(Hons) Food Science degree at the University of Pretoria. Successfully attending and completing ongoing training in all various aspects of Food Safety Management Systems implementation and auditing has added to her knowledge base. This training includes the most recent changes as per ISO 22000:2018.
Most has also recently successfully completed the ISO 22000 Lead Auditor course conducted by Annelie Coetzee in Paarl.
She is a professional member of SAAFoST, dedicated to the areas of food science and technology and committed to ongoing interaction with fellow professionals.
